By accessing any part of this website, other than the 'home' page and this page, you shall be deemed to have accepted the following terms

All Studios, Equipment and Materials are Owned, Created, Operated and/or
Managed by Tuff Gong Studioplex, Tag Team Music Group, Revolution School of Music,
The Foundry Dance Studio, Hard Knox Productions, Latch Productions, Brown Sugar Bar or Access All Areas Music ("Tuff Gong"), a company registered in
England and Wales, with its trading address at Unit 6 Longford Street, Warrington WA2 7PG.
Deposit fees are non-refundable.
Full payment, if not received with the Deposit Fee, must be received
prior to or on the day of any given booking.
Payment by instalments is possible if agreed and arranged in advance according to the guidelines set out below.
Refunds may be given only at the discretion of the Company Management.
Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to commencement of a booking or a Fee shall be payable of 2 hours usage.
Payment in instalments is possible if agreed and arranged in advance
according to the following guidelines. All clients wishing to pay by
instalments must provide:
- Two acceptable forms of identity ie. Driving Licence, Passport,
Utility Bill etc. and/or
- Valid credit or debit card details from which Tuff Gong will deduct fees as and when they become due.
- Proof of a standing order payable to Tuff Gong's designated account.
- Equipment to be left on the "premises" in lieu of payment.
- Each person is responsible for ensuring that no Tuff Gong equipment or property is damaged, lost or stolen
as a direct or indirect result of their own action or failure to act appropriately.
- Each person is responsible for the conduct of any guests they may invite on to the Tuff Gong premises.
- In the event that any Tuff Gong equipment or property is damaged, lost or stolen as a direct or indirect
result of the action or failure to act appropriately of any patron or guest, the patron agrees to pay all
reasonable costs in full including replacement or reparation of such damaged property.
We expect all patrons to treat the staff, facilities and other users with due respect. Tuff Gong reserves the right to
exclude or expel any person whose conduct or behaviour is deemed unacceptable. In such cases,
all fees will remain payable.
The intellectual property rights (including without limitation
registered design, copyright, database right, trade marks, application
to register any of the aforementioned rights, trade secrets and/or know
how) in Tuff Gong materials are and shall remain the exclusive
property of Tuff Gong Studioplex.
Tuff Gong also owns those intellectual property rights arising in the
parts of recordings and writings made or written by Tuff Gong employees
where they have had input into the composition and/or recording or
production of said works. Any unauthorised reproduction, dissemination,
broadcast or other use of such Tuff Gong owned or controlled recordings
and/or writings is prohibited and will amount to breach of these terms
and conditions.
Tuff Gong reserves the right to change the dates, times, prices and
contents of the timetable without prior notice.
Please inform us of any special physical or medical requirements you have in advance, in order for us to try to meet them.
Tuff Gong Studioplex:
- Accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or theft of personal belongings.
- Reserves the right to alter advertised tutors at any time.
- Reserves the right to cancel courses at any time and to transfer bookings to rescheduled dates. Students unable to attend
rescheduled dates may be entitled to a refund or other credit.
- Reserves the right to vary the course materials without notice and
to refuse any application or request for a booking
without giving a reason.
- Takes no responsibility for the quality of services or products
provided or offered by third party advertisers and/or vendors. Inclusion
in the course materials or presence during a course is not a
recommendation or endorsement by Tuff Gong.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over
any claim, dispute or difference which may arise out of them.
In the unlikely event of a complaint or you have questions or concerns about this website or have any suggestions as to how it may be
improved, please speak to any member of staff.
